We started out and still maintain a modest office with a hand full of great staff. Sales volume has grown to tens of millions of dollars annually including everything from condos to large resort properties. But still there was a product we couldn’t seem to get for ourselves and our clients.

Timing and availability seemed to be against us and our clients. More and more friends, relatives and clients have been asking for a place where they can have it all; A very low density neighborhood with large lots, and plenty of green space. How about a park on the water for everyone to enjoy? With a town that has the traditional park square where people gather in the evening, and some history like an old Spanish fort guarding the water way, maybe some world class ruins. How about access to an airport, close to but not in a major city with all the amenities? While we are at it…let’s get it all at a rock bottom price!

We have been looking for someone like ourselves. We have the relationships with the city officials. We have the relatives who own the road construction company. We know the architects, the designers, the surveyors, and the biologists. There’s a huge demand from our family, friends and clients.

Finally we have found the land in the right location, we have made the plans and we have started the project ourselves!
